It's a perfect illustration of how differently people are treated at the clinic, and of how clueless those who are treated well there are about those who are not. It's also a sad commentary on the Hospital District who had to be shamed into commenting, took a day and a half to do so, and then deflected by answering a question that wasn't asked, and not answering the question that was.

But at least Commissioner Falk responded, which is more than any Hospital District Commissioner has done yet.
